Fans for the Cure and the Brooklyn Cyclones will once again be teaming up against prostate cancer at Maimonides Park in Coney Island. The evening is scheduled to include pregame ceremonies and on-field activities that include Fans for the Cure videos, “brief remarks from Ed Randall” at 6:40, and the participation of healthcare professionals from Maimonides Health at an information table on the main concourse.
In addition to the baseball game, the festivities will also feature:
- Postgame fireworks
- A postgame opportunity to run the bases (not during the fireworks)
- A Jerry Koosman bobblehead to the first 2,000 fans.
Also, should we sell 50 seats or more – easy stuff – our ticket holders can show their tickets at the team’s hospitality area during the game to receive a free Cyclones hat.
The Cyclones have kindly arranged for Fans for the Cure’s guests to be seated together in Section 3, behind home plate.
If you’d like, you can pick up a Fans for the Cure shirt or hat before you come out to Maimonides Park so everyone will know you’re with us. Visit our online store to get your own Fans for the Cure merch.
