This is an unprecedented health event in our lifetimes. For those of your who have been affected by prostate cancer or have loved ones affected by the disease, we offer the following link. The page provides comprehensive information about dealing with prostate cancer and COVID-19, produced by our friends at the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Fans for the Cure has been forced to cancel several dozen screening, health, and educational events that had been scheduled over the coming months. The good news, if there is any, is that we will be prepared to hit the ground running when the time comes to reschedule our spring and early summer programming.
As much as we appreciate donations, maybe this is a good time to support a local food bank or food pantry. We are all in this together, and it will be an important time to look out for our neighbors.
